Alla Dolgaleva was born in 1968. Lives and works in Moscow. Graduated from the Rostov-on-Don State University, Russian Literature Department, and the Photo School of VGIK ( All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography), Moscow. Worked as a teacher in a secondary school and in a higher school, as a coordinator of international program of specialists exchange, as a staff photographer of Nicholas Roerich Museum, as a coordinator and curator of photography projects. Now she gives lectures on the Russian language and Rhetoric in the Moscow University of Finance and Law and works on her own photo projects.

Member of the Moscow Union of Artists.
