Alla Dolgaleva

Born in Armavir. Graduated from the Faculty of Philology at Rostov State University and the Photo School of the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (VGIK).                                                                                                                                                                               

Member of the Moscow Union of Artists.                                                                                                                                                           

Lives and works in Moscow.                                                                                                                                                                               

Author of six solo exhibitions presented in Moscow, Lisbon, Portugal (as part of the III International Photography Festival "The Imago Lisboa Festival"), and Vitebsk, Belarus (as part of the VI International Photography Festival "PhotoKrok" named after S. Yurkovsky).    Participant in 34 group exhibitions across Russia, the Netherlands, and Serbia, including exhibitions at the State Tretyakov Gallery (Moscow), the State Russian Museum (St. Petersburg), and the Moscow Museum of Modern Art. In 2012, with a photo-novella about Japan, she participated in the art project "XXI. My Pacific Ocean," organized by the Russian International News Agency "RIA Novosti." The project featured works by 21 Russian photographers about 21 countries of the Asia-Pacific region.                                           

Works by Alla Dolgaleva are held in the collection of the State Russian Museum, as well as in private collections in Germany, Canada, the Netherlands, Russia, Switzerland, and Japan.
